Kresus Launches Cryptocurrency Asset Inheritance Service

By: rootdata|2026/07/09 14:56:25

Since the self-custody wallet Kresus announced the launch of the Kresus Inheritance service, users can create secure inheritance plans for their cryptocurrency assets without sharing private keys or complex recovery procedures. The service charges an annual fee of $99.99 and is built into the Kresus wallet. Users can designate beneficiaries, who will only be able to access the portfolio after a specified inactive period ends. During the transfer process, private keys will not be shared, and users always retain full control over their assets during the active period. Kresus does not hold users' assets, and wallet owners maintain control until the end of the inactive period.
